Web Video Series – Orionvega worked with the Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corporation (CPWDC) to find the ideal clients that had made the most impact with the EARN Program. The Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Program was created in 1987 in order to address the needs of welfare recipients with barriers to employment and to better coordinate the existing employment and training programs available for them.

After the client selection process, OV went on location to capture the stories from each client. In post-production, Orionvega crafted a web and social media video series that brought together the essence of the EARN program and client successes working with the CPWDC.
