Orionvega hosted a private screening of the third short-film installment of the Edgar Allan Poe collaboration with Poe Movies, Tell-Tale Heart. Supporters packed the Row House Cinema in Pittsburgh, PA for two screenings of The Raven and the just-released Tell-Tale Heart. The crowd at Row House applauded, whooped, and hollered as the cast and crew took to the stage for a Q & A.
It has been seven years since the last Poe Movies short-film was released, and this version of Edgar Allan Poe's Tell-Tale Heart stars Rosie Duiguid, as the mad woman, and Poe Movies trilogy veteran, David JM Bielewicz.
In anticipation of the YouTube release, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette did a feature story on the film. You can read the interview with Orionvega Producer, Joe Serkoch, Director, Thad Chiechanowski, and Season Ciechanowski on our Press page. Joshua Alexrod's piece, Poe comes to life with locally shot version of 'The Tell-Tale Heart,' provides some background and the intention behind Orionvega's collaboration with the Ciechanowskis.
Tell-Tale Heart was released on September 28th on Poe Movie's YouTube Channel and you can view the full film below. For additional films in the Poe Movies trilogy, in addition to other spooky, gothic, and corvid content, Subscribe to PoeMovies on YouTube.
